PAYMENT

RETURNS
  • Refunds are not accepted on any custom orders.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email [email protected]  within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are descretionary and if it is something deemed wrong with the item, a refund be given for the item price only (shipping not included).  
  • Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging. 
  • Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully and provide me with a tracking number. You should also include your name and order number in the package.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email within 48 hours to discuss the next steps of your order.
  • Once the details are finalized, turn-around time for customs vary depending on how busy I am. But in general, please allow 3-4 weeks for me to create your special piece.
  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders. 
CLEANING & CARE
  • Each item comes with care instructions.
  • We often recommend gentle play and spot clean when needed.  
  • Dollies are not recommended for children under three. We recommend you always supervise your children while playing.
