Policies
SHIPPING
- Ready to ship orders are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking info when it has shipped.
- Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Once it is ready for shipment you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees.
- We do offer combined shipping within our shipping profile. In order to take advantage of our combined shipping, you must purchase all items in the same transaction.
PAYMENT
- All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Paypal are accepted.
- Refunds are not accepted on any custom orders.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email [email protected] within 24 hours.
- Refunds are descretionary and if it is something deemed wrong with the item, a refund be given for the item price only (shipping not included).
- Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging.
- Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully and provide me with a tracking number. You should also include your name and order number in the package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email within 48 hours to discuss the next steps of your order.
- Once the details are finalized, turn-around time for customs vary depending on how busy I am. But in general, please allow 3-4 weeks for me to create your special piece.
- Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
- Each item comes with care instructions.
- We often recommend gentle play and spot clean when needed.
- Dollies are not recommended for children under three. We recommend you always supervise your children while playing.
