Q: Purchasing a gift for someone else?

A: If you would like to ship directly to the gift receipient, enter their address as the shipping address. Billing address and details are separate The recipient will not receive a receipt in the package. A card from you will be included, so they know who the gift came from.

Q: How do I purchase custom items?

A: Cart whatever you want and check out! You can leave details in the comment section (it's a small rectangular box during the checkout process) and we will be in touch within 48 hours.

Q: Can I pick all the details for a dollie?

A: Absolutely! We will follow up with an email finding all the details you are hoping to include (such as outfit, shoes, favorite colors, bows, etc). 

Q: Why don't I see where to pick fabrics from?

A: Due to the sheer volume of the fabric options there are in the studio, it feels impossible to photograph each print! It was attempted but after the 475 option, it felt overwhelming! Once your order is received you will receive a personal email, asking questions. From there we will send options for you to choose from.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: For custom items it can be to 4 weeks once the order is finalized with details i. For ready to ship items, 5-7 business days.

Q: How do you recommend clearning the dollies?

A: Spot clean or hand wash for best results. For those tougher stains, try taking a tiny amount of clear liquid dish soap, watered down, and a clean white washcloth and spot clean.

Q: What service do you use to ship packages?

A: We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) and UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship. Packages will come with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you once a label is generated.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes. Items are purchased at the same time, the shipping calculator will automatically combine shipping for you. If there happens to be a large overage, you will be refunded that portion once the package has shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please contact [email protected] if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All custom order sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations (once the item is in production).
